Nogales is where Snoopy's brother Spike lives. Im reading Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer, from 1993, and also downloaded the The Wild Truth by the young man's sister. Anyway Nogales was on one of the maps in the books.

Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite, Cake. I love Sirius as a character. Book Sirius, rather. Movie Sirius is very severe.

It sounds as if it's really important that you touch base with your T at the moment.

Are you safe now?

I’m safe right now, my husband actually emailed my T for me and he’s going to call me in a few hours. I think he might be able to fit me in tomorrow at a different time that works for both of us.

I followed my crisis plan, which includes texting the crisis line and/or talking to my husband. I had a huge panic attack and was trying to hurt myself and my husband had to stop me. I’ve never tried to do that in front of him before, I feel really bad.

So that will set me back a couple of junior cats (= unit of wealth) at least.
I hope it is not serious.

Cost: one junior cat less a few bucks.

When we got home new cat hid under the sofa. Lone dog doesn’t fit under the sofa, but stuck his head under to keep her company, I guess.

Now she is out and glaring at me from across the room.

Great book. Less sure about the movie. Wasn't aware there was a book by his sister--will need to check that out. And I still need to read Into Thin Air at some point.

I do like Krakauer's writing. Apparently brother and sister were both abused as children. I didnt see the movie. I did read they actually recently moved the bus off the site, cuz too many people were making pilgrimages and needed rescuing.

Glad your cat is okay @@.

Did you buy the bed desk you were talking about ages out- how did it work out?

Well done for following your plan.

Did he get back to you with a time?

Saw R today. It didn't help. I was angry at him and I told him it was our last session as I was also leaving for Antigua tomorrow which isn't true.

I don't want to count down the days till he leaves on the 3rd of august for almost a month till the 25th. He said he'd try to come up with a plan and maybe do a condensed week the three days he'd be back. Then he's also most likely away for another week for the first week of september because of the extinction rebellion protests.

I'm aware that I'm acting out but I don't really care.

I will save £280 if I stop going until he leaves.
