Yup. Lots of big universities in the US designed their own in-house saliva tests to help with reopening and staying open. Faster results, can do more tests.

Session sucked. My fault. I was just so sad that I have to go back to VSee next week. We also tried to talk about my fantasy of wanting her to hold me. That was painful. We didn't do questions or the puzzle

I was just too sad. I feel like I ruined today.

So sorry, Scarlet. Is VSee the online therapy? Could you maybe do questions over that the next time? I know it wouldn't be the same, but... Or find a game you can play together online?

Yes, VSee is video therapy. We do questions almost every session. I couldn't stop crying, so we never got to them

She gave me a half of the game Battleship. Maybe we'll play that next week.

I love that I get to see her in-person still, at least one week a month. But transitioning back and forth is so hard on me. When I see her in-person, first session is readjustment, then second session I grieve not being able to see her the next week. Then I have to adjust to video which I hate! Back and forth. It's emotionally exhausting. But I don't want to give up our in-person sessions. She said I probably won't get in-person more often until next year

I keep forgetting to tell her that H says I have to reduce come December to once a week. Then I'll see her even less...

I am thinking of making an apple pie later. I have all the ingredients. My D doesnt eat apple pie and i dont think i could eat a whole pie by myself and i dont have room in the freezer to put what left over. Maybe i will make it and give whats left over yo my neighbours.

Apple pie sounds delightful, daff! I remember when my son was little he loved it! I wonder if he still does, I may have to make him one to send home with him when he comes over and puts up the replacement window blinds we bought. He's so good at that handyman kind of stuff unlike me and h.

aaahhhh. i can’t sleep. the ambien the doc prescribed is doing nothing. i have to make it to tuesday for inpatient treatment and i don’t know how on earth i’m going to do it.
