Biscuit is a cute name.

If I ever get another cat, I'm thinking Harriet (I always get girls). Or maybe Helena. I've always liked Otto for a boy dog's name but we always have girls.

My grandpa's dog was Sir Preston. He had papers and everything. I think he was a cocker spaniel or something like that. Anyway he was a cute dog. Sort of mischievous though.

I tried enticing her to eat with some of Amelia's food, which worked a little bit but not much. I don't know. She's just not hungry. I have to make sure she eats enough to give her the insulin. Otherwise it could bottom her out. So tricky. Anyway, I'm so scared. I have like 25 and a half hours left until the vet appointment if they actually see us on time. Which would be a miracle.
I hope Esther is ok, but I understand the anxiety you have. Hugs.

Are there any other vets you could go to for an emergency appointment. 25 hours is a very long time to wait especially when she's already not been well.

I think unfixed dogs are more aggressive. Might go after your dog.

All the person said was that it made it taste better i dont find the coffee i drink now to be bitter. I thougth they meant it enhanced the taste of the coffee. I wont bother now, but always willing to give anything a whirl.

That's true, but their bios say they get along with dogs (or I wouldn't have considered them since my dog is so small).

I had a dog that I sometimes called biscuit baby, but that was just a nickname. I like to give my pets real names.

I also give real names to pets--worked out that the guinea pigs I adopted already had people names, going way back to Bonnie the (boy) bunny I had as a kid. Even a newt I had at one point, I called Norman. Past guinea pigs were Sebastian, Rufus, and Duncan. Hm, I guess the dog we had briefly was Brownie, and we probably would have kept that, so wouldn't have been a people name...

Ok i am just going to stick to my usual clinic and find a new doctor there. It was such a hassle getting the script, the history i told the other doctor was partly recorded. There arent many mixed billing clinics in my town and i cant pay private billing even after the government refund. If i stay with my clinic and choose a doctor who is not pushy and doesnt lecture too much at least they have My history.

Since getting married, we have a pattern with our names for pets. Astrological names for girls, Greek gods for boys. Helios is the best boy.

Root canal report - he was drilling in it today and a file came loose and is now stuck in my tooth. He didnt say anything, but after a while i was like, wth are you chipping at, and he confessed. He is ordering a part and i am going back in two days. I feel like an old car being repaired in The Twilight Zone.

I've had goat's cheese and hated it. Can only imagine I'd loathe the ice cream even more.
