I am back from the Stablization Unit for now, I need understanding and lots of support. I am very vulnerable right now as well as numb. I have alot of things I am working through.

Thanks for everyones nice thoughts, I am working through alot of my emotions right now, and being on different meds are hard enough without the emotional rollercoaster too. Please bare with me I am really vulnerable and in tears most of time. I hope things get better soon.

Don't be afraid to go back if you feel overwhelmed purple...
This is a process,,not an event...sometimes we need more time... There is no shame in getting help... I am proud of you... Don't quit before the miracle happens..
