I think the whole 'I'm extremely fond you' is just a way of telling you that, yes, I like you and would like to see if we can meet at some stage preferably soon, if that's possible. Strike while the irons hot, my friend.

Her messages, to me, sound like she is interested. I would never use the winking emote, coupled with her messages, if I wasn't interested in someone. Winking emotes aren't always flirtatious but combined with the wording of her messages, um, yeah I think she is interested in you OP! Sounds flirty to me!
