I agree. Also, it is very common these days to admit to having social anxiety and people seem open to understanding and being gentle with you.

hi , chat websites are not reliable in my opinion and I think that one must feel relief in such cases (that are private in common : psivate life,sexual life etc.)

sometimes ,I believe that some psychiatric matters (at least social matters especially which are time dependable) are common actions. or in other words explaining that existing modern medical psychiatry is not sufficient or somethings are happening wrong is almost the same thing with somethings are incorrect in psychiatry when are applied
