My new man is in Europe and sends me messages daily. We are doing well. He is busy though so we just send messages morning and night. I am happy that he is doing well. I am busy too so it is nice to hear from him once in awhile. I feel blessed about him. I hope his stay in Europe goes well and his business flourishes. I am routing for him and hoping for the best for him! He also seems to be interested in Utah for business. I was wondering what is in Utah but there are many hi-tech businesses there and some fortune 100 companies there. I don't know anything about finance but wish him the best in his business ventures!

My new man is doing well and posting furiously on facebook again! This is his pastime. I am happy for him. We send cute little love messages to each other. He's teddy bear with sunshine!! I'm beginning to fall in love with him because he is really nice, supportive, and really sweet. I'm on top of this world! I'm trying to learn more about hemiplegia and trying be more informed about his condition. I think his struggles are monumental like mine. I admire and respect him that despite his challenges he is working and doing as much as he can. I think he is a role model for not only others with physical challenges but also for those with challenges in general. I absolutely adore him. What a man!!

I tried to find treatments for his hemiplegia and thought I found one until I realized it is not FDA approved. So, I told him that he should do extensive physical therapy and try to make new neural connections so he can move more freely. But, it is easier said than done.
I love him dearly. I feel that I can understand his suffering because I suffer too from an illness. He is doing well mentally. I feel happy for him. I am suffering from voices now because I stayed up too late trying to find treatments for his hemiplegia. It is ok. The voices are dying now but I realized I am worrying about issues I really can't do anything about. So, I need to stop worrying about his issues and worry about myself. I'm taking my medication daily which really helps. I also treated myself today to something nice to eat and some lotions to make me feel good about myself. I am happy!! I hear voices but they don't bother me too much. They are loud and clear at times but when I focus my attention on other things, they are not as loud and clear. I will survive. I was worrying too much about my new man's condition. I was worried because he is going to a spiritual healer for advice and healing. So, I thought I could find something more concrete for his paralysis. But, nothing out there is worth the money and time to do at this point. I love him and know he wants to heal from his paralysis. God bless his heart! I understand how he feels because I want to be healed also from my illness. So, I looked all over the web for treatments of his hemiplegia and the best solution is to do physical therapy and try to make new neural connections using neuroplasticity as a means to make the body do as the mind wants. It is a interesting phenomenon but not so easy to do in reality. So, I'm hoping he can receive more innovative physical therapy treatments which are based on the idea to make new neural connections so he can move more freely. There are devices out there now but don't know if they are available here. He will have to find out himself from his doctor. So, finding information about his condition and treatments for it made me psychotic. I know it is my fault. I need to not stress myself too much and just be happy with the condition he is in and not worry about it anymore. I accept him as he is but his going to a spiritual healer for physical healing made me worried. But, if it helps him mentally and spiritually, then there is nothing to worry about, is there? I am happy for him too! We are doing well still. I am hoping he returns here in one piece. And, I am hoping he returns in good spirits and with good mental health. |

It's good to become knowledgable about his illness/condition. It is true that many health conditions are out of our control. I needed to look it up a little to understand. I read that the causes are from strokes and that epilepsy seems cross related (or common) with this condition.
Taking the path to alternative treatment such as he is makes a world of sense to me. Often times the alternative treatments help teach to manage stress. Stress in and off itself can be very physically triggering to most neurological disorders. It's good that you are learning so much. No sense to make yourself sick over it with worry and lack of sleep and self care. |
