((Fuzzybear)), for a very long time you barely posted and just gave hugs. I think you have found a voice and it's nice to see you vocalizing things. I think you are identifying your feelings/emotions on different things. It's important that you don't say mean things to yourself. I have a feeling this is coming from someone else's voice in your mind and not yours.

Hugs to you, Fuzzy....you do not suck. You know, I have felt that way at times. Working on changing it. I think Open Eyes is right. You are finding your voice. It is important to take care of that voice, and the way you talk to yourself. Oh the false stories we tell ourselves. Hugs.

No you don’t.

You should speak.

You should be.

Remember FEELINGS are not REALITY they are just the way we perceive things & though they are not right or wrong they are how we see things through our own eyes.

You have been bringing up AWESOME questions & making great points.....much appreciated & respected.

You DEFINITELY DO NOT SUCK

Hugs. You don’t suck.. We all can feel that way sometimes, well, unless the person is a full blown narcissist. Lol.

Think of and hold onto all your best qualities, keep them in mind at all times and pull them out of your toolbox whenever you find yourself saying negative things about yourself.

Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. No one is perfect.

If we constantly only look at our flaws and think badly of ourselves because of those flaws, we’ll never feel good. It’s like looking at ourselves through a colored lens that blocks out all that is positive and good. It’s a false reality that blocks out the good.

Embrace all your positive qualities, and work on the areas that need work. But just because some things may take working on and improving, it doesn’t mean we suck altogether. It just means we’re human and have flaws.

So embrace all that is beautiful and wonderful about yourself, and remember those things whenever you feel low. Use self-affirmations every time you’re beating yourself up. That is how you can build or rebuild your self-esteem. HUGS!
