I stress him out when I talk to him. He needs a lot of alone time. I’m not doing ok.... I wish I wasn’t so (insert bad label) I wish I could sleep. I wish people irl liked me. They don’t

It sounds to me like you have too many people around you that are unhappy about themselves in some way and end up growling at you for it.
