I’m seeing now my mistake in giving too much too soon..I know in 2-weeks I’ll feel better and the tears will be less and less each day until it’s almost none..

But right now I’m feeling a void..text messages, phone calls..this weekend he will return my things. I agreed because I just want to move on and I am not going to let him think I’m suffering. He is an egomaniac as it is!

Chocolate and ice cream. Chocolate ice cream. Take yourself out to dinner (mexican food!) and a movie he would not want to see.

stay busy. Too much idle time is not good (not saying you have too much of it) but honestly more free time we have more likely we sit around and ruminate. Now when you get yourself into a better emotional shape, then you don’t need to be as busy. But for now less you sit around and ruminate better you are.

Do things for yourself that you pushed to the side while involved. There's usually at least 1 or 2 things that go to the wayside because of a partner...
