Bumpity bump.

I know I should've probably asked this in the first post, as it seems like an obvious obstacle to my inability to bond with people, but I'm stumbling around in the dark here. Anyway.

What exactly is a bond? How do you know if you've bonded with someone?

And could you please explain this as if you were explaining it to a lizard person?

I went to a therapy session and discussed this, but I'm not really sure what I'm going to be able to get out of therapy yet or which direction I want to go with this.
