Okay so everytime I tell my mom I felt sick and have manic episodes she says that I don't and I have nothing wrong with me,which makes me feel even more outta my head. When I have lunch out she admires me and says is everything going well.. she never talks about herself and its starting to be awkward..what should I do?? or say.

It seems like your mother is trying to support you but perhaps not in the best way! It is good to encourage you to do your best but that doesn't mean denying that you're struggling with something! Perhaps talk to her and tell her that you appreciate her efforts but that you'd rather hear from her that you'll get through this together and that she'll ALWAYS be there for you... Am I correct or did I get this COMPLETELY wrong? It is possible! Still, if it's the truth, give it a try! Also ask her to talk a little bit more about herself if that makes you feel more comfortable! Feel free to PM me ANYTIME as usual when you need advice and support or even simply someone to talk to or vent to! I am SURE plenty of others will also GLADLY and WONDERFULLY help you out as well! Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH You, @princesscookie19, your Family, your Friends, your Mother, your Doctors, ALL of the people you Love and care about and who ALSO Love you back and care about you as well and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking!

I think it can be hard for parents to see or admit when their kids are struggling. It does sound like she’s being supportive and wants you to believe in yourself. Are there other people you can talk to besides your mom?

I do not know that it matters if your mom believes you are having mental health issues or not. Its between you and your mental health team.
