I also think that some conflicts can facilitate our growth. We can grow in positive ways even when the other is less than fully understanding at times. (I think this usually does NOT apply to therapy... since many when starting therapy have little idea of the extent of the “negative” manipulation etc some therapists utilise ...) During the conflict things can be messy
