I've been a b...h, a cruel thief, and life is finally punishing me with regrets and tears running down my clown face

I've been playing with life and now the damage is done
This is something I can't talk anymore to anyone
It's a bad mistake

Please don't even answer
There is nothing else to say

Sorry

Realising of something is already a point not many people get and of course, it’s the first step to learn and built a new present and future.

I have many regrets.

Try ground yourself in the present. Don’t go to the past.

It is difficult to swim out of the eddy of regrets but it is worth it and there are really good feelings and experiences out there to be had.

I can not say i truly cared about people in my life
I lost them without trying, i've never been enough serious. and maybe sometimes i said it to me but still didn't manage it enough
i've been a drunk butterfly

i wish i could realize it before
but even with psychotherapy i never fully realize it before recently
my father had to die to make a bell ring loud enough in my brain...

i feel particularly stupid and cruel because i went beyond any limit

i've been shutting myself in a house for a long time... it's been +5years now

when i think about the way i threated people and what i missed i find it hard to think about starting again

i had an epiphany about a person
when i lost him everything crushed down

i'm not really into dramas but i think that's what happened

life has been generous with me, i had many, many possibilities to care
and never did
i'm really beyond. can't even believe i'm alive in this situation

It’s easier to forgive others than forgiving yourself.

Sometimes yes

It depends on the ''offense'' and on other factors

Would you repeatedly tell a child they had ''ruined'' a relative's life?

I doubt it.

Maybe one day you will be able to forgive yourself.

If you feel like a clown then take the mask and clothes off. Even clowns have a good interior. Clowns are normal people that live normal lives and the clown is just an act.
