Hello. I've been into healing crystals for quite sometime now and I have a lot of crystals for anxiety. However, I would still like to experiment with more. What stones do ya'll use for anxiety?

Blue lace agate and ocean jasper are great for creating and maintaining calming energy, while hematite is good for emotional grounding. If the source of anxiety is other people's negative energy, snowflake obsidian is an excellent stone for psychic protection. Rose quartz is also a good stone for emotional well being and love.

Anything blue helps create a calming atmosphere. Quartz in general is a good stone to help heal and ground you.

I wear a necklace of ambers, which are said to be good for depression, but I think they have calmed my anxiety for the most part also. They were sent to us by my mother's relatives in Lithuania, so if you want to get something like this, it is called European Amber. I always take them off when I am bathing, but other than that, I wear them just about 24/7. I have cleansed them a few times by wrapping them about a celenite wand that I have, which is a way to clear them without using water or sunlight.

I also use black tourmaline, rose quarts, turquoise and rodacrosite bracelets as well as a number of single stones. Malachite is a good one, for instance. It aids sleep as well.

I probably have a ton for anxiety as well, but I’ve always been drawn to labradorite. Even since before I knew anything about crystals. So it’s always my go-to.

"Aventurine' (also known as 'moss agate) - this is a green stone. It is said to be good for soothing and calming anxiety.

Green is nature's colour and concerns balance - including the balance of nerves.

Green is the colour of the heart chakra of which inner peace is governed.

Amongst practitioners there is a common way to choose/find a crystal. The method is to close one's eyes and place their left open hand close - but not touching - a group of stones and crystals and move it about. Where the hand stops is the crystal energy calling out to you.

I suggest that whatever crystal you seek that it be one with a curiously odd shape or feel. I say this as such a piece of stone might also be a rubbing or worry stone too.
