Hi,

I am looking to talk to and find other spiritual mediums who may be able to help me craft my skill and gift and perhaps help with some questions I have about it.

Hey g_e,

I seem to have zero psychic abilities BUT I have had three spontaneous telepathic contacts with family members. So maybe it's lying dormant beneath the surface...

Anyway, if no one here can help you on this matter, internet search 'psychic training' or 'spiritual mediumship'. I just did that and, yes, there were many possibilities presented to me.

What sort of questions do you have? I have no extrasensory abilities (had a few ghost encounters, though), but I know someone who does. I can send a few questions her way and get back to you.

Though I'd much prefer to be in touch with someone directly and not work through a third party. No offense! I greatly appreciate the offer. I just want to talk with someone privately & directly about my experiences.

I understand. However, due to the personal things I admit here in the shadow of anonymity, I'm not so willing to direct her to this site on the chance that she'd realize that this account belongs to me.

You could check out support/discussion forums for the broader paranormal/spiritual community. I was briefly a member of a site called, iirc, SpiritualForums, which had a few members who were mediums.

Do you mean someone who can talk to the dead or general psychic stuff? I hesitate to share my own experiences because they sound so hokey but my experiences with dead people are all dreams. Dead people that I know will tell me things and no matter how weird it is I relay it to whomever it references. So far its only been friends and family and maybe its coincidence- who knows. As far as psychic abilities I like to say I have really good hunches. I know right away if I like someone or not. I guess maybe that isnt a good thing. I feel like I am able to sense things in other people. I know when people are going to call, I find out secrets. I wish I could explain it but its been that way since I was a young child and my grandma was like this too. The only thing I did do was when I was 18 I bought a set of tarot cards on a whim. I was in some shop and I was compelled to buy them. That whole freshman year I had lines out of my dorm reading them for people and I just taught myself. It got to be too much and after that year I never did it again but it seemed to help me channel it a little. I do not know if that helps and I know it sounds like BS but its just what I have experienced.

Wow, interesting! I can hear spirits who have passed and talk to them, but I can also talk to angels and have one in particular who helps me. They can speak through me.

Hi. it's great that you are interested and have what appears to be a gift (you are fortunate indeed). But apprenticeship usually occurs one on one. I would be very wary of doing this with someone you don't actually know. Also, steer yourself away from anything that charges for an apprenticeship, lessons, and guidance. As a general rule of thumb the gift is to be shared and never to be used for monetary gain. I read my own cards, sometimes for others but I have never asked for money. Some sort of gift is the universally accepted way to return the favour.

I don't feel worthy of this gift. WHY ME? I don't get it. I don't understand why this has happened. I've been asked to help them... the Angels... the ArchAngels. I just don't feel worthy. Not right now. Not how my life is right now. I am a mess. I just don't feel worthy of this at all. I am very much in awe of it all.

Ok that was a very down moment. I have been invited for a reason, or rather, I have been asked to help for a reason. I don't know how I can help or where it's leading to.... perhaps I am meant to speak their words of wisdom and love to help others who are in pain and who need healing and help. I don't know yet. I don't want to feel unworthy.

Some might find what I have to say difficult. But it is hard to find a local friendly community to such a sort of thing especially if you are unsure where to look. So I encourage you to look at this website. I should state: I am still learning how to use this ability. I get interference a lot of the time. To date I have only spoken to my own loved ones who have passed, my husband's brother who passed, and the Angels who are leading and guiding me, particularly one ArchAngel who is my Guide. I am learning the ropes and need to learn how to eliminate the interference. There are other spirits & entities who come in who confuse and distort communications.

Have you surrounded yourself with white light? Imagine a light encircling you it's a light if protection. Only good things can pass through it. Also get sage a burn it around your home it clears out negative energies.
