Does anyone believe in fairies? I don't think I do but when I was in my garden over the weekend I thought it would be cute if they existed.

I believe in the tooth fairy if that counts. lol
I am not sure about other fairies- I guess I'm a little like you, when I was younger, one of my favorite movies was " the fairy at the bottom of the garden", and it was nice to imagine that actually she was their in reality I don't know though |

I believe that there is something called the "astral plane." In that reality there might very well exist what we call fairies.
There certainly cultures that believe in fairies; whose to say the general disbelief in our culture is any more valid than the belief another culture has? __________________ |

Yes, I strongly believe in fairies. I think they live in another dimension. I've watched many Youtube videos on fairies and people in Ireland believing in them.
What they have said about them, I believe in their existence. They are very magical and like to be alone. However they will appeal to some people. |

Yes, absolutely. Fairies exist if you believe in them.

Yes, I do believe in fairies, in the sense of beings and entities from other 'dimensions' visiting and interacting with people in a number of different ways.
These days, due to mans knowledge of astronomy and astrophysics - space travel and a more universal perspective - it is believed that these beings must now come from outer space - your aliens, UFO's, extraterrestrials. But in olden times, you have to remember - outer space, the billions of stars and galaxies, the eternity of the universe etc., were a complete unknown, a blank mystery, didn't exist in peoples psyches yet[!] So, these very same beings and entities the fairies [goblins too] to them, must be coming from the vastness of the great dark forests [where else?] which people of those times did know about. That's why the idea of fairies [goblins too], from the bottom of the garden and the forest, is still part of culture and folklore today. It hasn't disappeared. And neither have the beings and entities - in my view. |

I did a college paper on pixies and fairies. I would like to think i am a fairie. I have a pixie haircut and look like an Irish Fairy, and i am Irish. Yes the Irish believed this also more than other countries. i dont quite remember the paper i wrote but it was interesting, it was years ago.

How lovely! I know there's a community of people who are like fairies. I think it's a nice approach to spirituality.
Mine is more scary - I've believed I was an alien since early childhood. Not so cute or comforting as being a fairy. __________________ Complex trauma Highly sensitive person I love nature, simplicity and minimalism |

For a good chunk of my childhood, I 1000% believed in fairies.
I believed fairies controlled the weather... There were fairies that made the sun shine, fairies that made the rain pour, fairies that made the wind blow, and fairies that made snowflakes. I believed in this so strongly, despite all my friends at the time saying it sounded ridiculous. I was teased a lot in school because I fully believed in these fairies. I think at some point I was sure I could see them. I still believe that there is magic in the world. Whether they take the form of fairies or not? I'm unsure! But boy, would I would give to be so innocent and curious to believe in fairies like I did as a child! __________________ "Should I tear my eyes out now? Everything I see returns to you somehow.." |
