Hi everyone. I'm new to this sub forum I usually post in the schizophrenia forum but since I'm schizoaffective, I thought I'd branch out. Hope everyone is well.

Doing well. Had my last therapy appointment today. My final appointment at this clinic is tomorrow with the psych nurse for my shot. I am moving on Friday.
Sometimes I wonder if I should get off my meds and see how I do but it's probably not worth it since I've been doing so well it wouldn't make sense to mess with things. Plus I don't have any side effects. I should just accept it and consider myself lucky for finding a med combo that works. Let's try to make this thread more active guys. how are you all doing? Moving tomorrow. It's a 12 hour drive, gonna be a long day. I'm excited but nervous. This is a whole new chapter in my life.
I went out to lunch today with a friend from group, it was really nice. Sent from my A463BG using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Are you journal-ling how you are feeling? Hell this check in thread has been the journal... I feel it be pointless to say that 'I hope you feel better', because I would much prefer it if I could or at least something knocks out the way your feeling. __________________ My words are Aramaic to your Chinese. |

Just checking in.
Moods have been all over the place recently but it's starting to get better. I have to learn not to let other's moods affect me. Glad to be back in New York though. I think it was the right decision. I'm on the road to having a life. Getting involved in things like church, groups, etc. Have been walking everyday trying to get back in shape. It will be hard but I know I can do it. I keep wanting to call my mom and tell her how things have been going and see how she's doing .....then I remember she's gone How are you all doing? I went to a bariatric surgery seminar today. I don't know how I feel. But it is def a good feeling. I heard it is extremely challenging to get qualified for surgery because of past psych history, that remains to be seen. However I am happy I went. My sister had Gastric Bypass 5 years ago and now it looks like I am going to try. I weighed in today at 391 lbs, 50.8 BMI and 52+' waist.

My dog has been missing since Sunday. She's my in-home support system. The only support I have is from my PDoc and T. My neighbors are mad at me for some reason. I feel more isolated than ever.I just want everything over. I'm so tired.
