Today has been one of those days for me y’all.
I have been feeling stuff like insects & bugs crawling all on my skin for days. I guess it’s time for me to really start taking my meds again. How often do you feel things crawling on your skin and see dark shawdow people ar night? |

I feel bugs often. Taking my meds really help control it

I haven't felt bugs, but I have felt other things, like hands grabbing me, touching me. As for shadow people, I see that a LOT. :"/
