Default Havent posted in a while

I haven't posted here in a long while, but I feel I really need people/someone to talk to who understands these experiences. I feel like my thoughts are very fuzzy and I'm confused a lot of the time. It's hard to put together a coherent sentence inside of my head. I'm surprised I"m writing this so decently right now.

Does anyone get this often? I feel I can't sit still, I feel like I need to run down the street in the middle of the night to let the cold air get my head straight again. And with all the recent stress going on, i'm not surprised I feel this way. Does anyone cope well with this kind of stuff? Hazy thoughts and such?

My go-to practice for all of my own issues is the practice of compassionate abiding. Here's a link to a description in case you're not familiar with it:

Relieve Distress By Allowing It: Compassionate Abiding 101 | Mindset: Perspective Is Everything

I also find that taking our dog out for walks helps to calm me & to clear my head... even though I'm a pretty solitary person & tend to avoid people as much as possible. Hope you begin to feel better soon...

I wake up every morning like that and it can take up to 3 hours to feel even a bit normal, for me anyway. I am up this early today as i was hearing sentences in my head and couldn't get them out of my head. hope you feel better soon.

This is how I start every morning and many times I struggle with obsessional thoughts throughout the day. Very little that helps me get rid of them.
