hi all, sorry to bother people but things are getting bad again. the voices have come back and they are telling me what to do. im loosing track of time and during this time i suppose i am doing the things that the voices are telling me to do. im seeing the demons in my room again and they are following me. im getting really scared. I feel like I'm loosing touch with reality and i just dont know what to do. any kind words of encouragement or any advice will help I suppose.

Do you have a mental health team like a T or Pdoc you can talk to? Or do you have anything PRN you can take that may ease your symptoms?

I'm sorry you are going through this

HUGS. If you can't talk to your doctor maybe you can write it out and bring it to him/her to read so you can get some help with what is going on with you.
