So I was diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 25. I use to work full time as a legal assistant and as a law clerk. I didn't accept the illness for a long time and didn't take medication because of that I've had three pyschotic breaks which led to arrests. They were all for minor things but now it's hard to find work. I now am 31 take the disease seriously and take my medications faithfully. I have no symptoms of the disease while on medications But I was thinking there really is no place to connect with others or therapist or jobs or dates (I know about no longer lonely but users are inactive and too far away) for the mentally ill. Am I wrong in thinking alot of us would benefit from a site dedicated to us to help us find work, connect with other mentally ill persons who are living with mental illness well.im asking cause I want to start a site I just want feedback.
