In the old days we just said we were "Introverted" but now it turns out we are schizoid. Maybe the old way was better. What am I missing, maybe I should have posted this in the Personality forums?

I totally agree with you. Yeah, in a way, it's good that there are certain medical terms for personalities but at the end of the day we're people, not a diagnosis. Every story is different, as is everybody. It's kind of sad a kid can't sit in class and daydream without being diagnosed with Attention-Deficit-Manic-Imagination-Disorder.

Good point, Maybe the whole thing is sourced back to the pharmaceutical component and $$$. Cheers.

I basically have most of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and some mild forms of psychosis (that used to be worse). I'm not "just a loner".
