I know most people don't get diagnosed with SPD, unless they go in for something else, and it happens to get noticed. Still, I'm curious, who here has been diagnosed, and if so, would you like to elaborate on how that happened?

my partner bugged me litterally for years to see a doctor until i finally gave up. was expecting to be diagnosed with being a sad sack but ended up being referred to a psych where i was diagnosed with spd.
