Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going?
Hugs to Atypical, I'm sorry you're experiencing akathisia.  I'm okay. I meant to get up in the afternoon today and get some stuff done. But I slept until 7pm....and I have to be up at 9am in the morning for an appointment. But otherwise, counting the days. This is last week before the trip.

I'm wide awake
Not losing any sleep Picked up every piece And landed on my feet I'm wide awake Need nothing to complete myself, no Insomnia song at 4 AM. Abilify has no sedating effect to me, not going to complain about it as it's better than sleeping for 15 hours. But I definitely need to ask for a sleeping aid. But I don't want more meds. But I can't sleep now. Trigger women issue down here :

I saw my peer worker today. Also picked up a pizza from Little Ceasers. It was cold. Also got gas. So got a few things done today.

I had to fill the tank and it was a terrible job today. Lost whole first tankful of juice. Had to refill. Could not get the head level on the tank. Took like 20 minutes, and eventually I turned my battery upside down and screwed it on to the tank. It was flooded of course so I had to blow it out but the juice level was already going down and might have leaked all over again. I hate those damned Nautilus tanks.
