Rereading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series by Douglas Adams. It's an exceptional read. Adams was a brilliant writer.

Let us know how it is. I heard the Netflix series was fantastic, I should really give it a try soon.

Yes, I like Russell in general. I like his treatment of basically everything. I can't get a super great read on what philosophy he himself espouses through this book. I guess it fulfills its purpose of being a history, then. I think I have studied Russell before in some classes I took, but I can't remember what his philosophy is like...

I am reading "The Nightengale" a novel by NYT best selling writer Kristen Hannah. Setting is WW2 France occupied by Germans. Plot is two sisters fight for survival and finding love during those turbulent times. Does this sound like a blurb? Anyhoo really enjoying the book, BTW Wasting Asparagus. I read B.Russell's History of Philosophy. A very informative, interesting read.

Still A History of Western Philosophy. And almost done with The Power of Habit. I need to dive into books more! Also reading You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. Also Harvard Business Review's 10 Must Reads on Mental Toughness. Also The David Foster Wallace Reader. Ha. I need more discipline to finish all these books.

Alas reading the reviews on Amazon, I'm not sure I would like it though I love most things Russian.

I have an old Russian soul.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews on Amazon...I just checked it out from the library so it was free. If you don’t have a digital library Account yet I highly recommend it.

Thanks! I know, there were a lot of negative reviews on Amazon about the book. But one of them talked about how it was Anti-Christian so IDK. That is the one that kind of stopped me. I'm kind of wary of it now, but let me know when you finish it if you think it's good.
