I couldn't stand it cuz I felt like I was losing my mind to the external world but I was still there inside my head.

Seems I’ll be sleeping late again. My racing mind gets worsen during the night for some reason. Fiancé is out getting an ice cream, “exhausted parents” flavor. Apparently it’s a mixed between Oreo and coffee. Reminds me that one of the colors on the Urban Decay Naked palette 2 is called “bootycall”. Idk what these people were thinking *facepalm*

I was going to post last night but I fell asleep before I could.

This morning I went to the gym then did a hair mask, nose strip, and did some grooming and a shower. Trying to pamper myself, I guess? Self care or whatever.

Idk I still feel down. Still drinking secretly I’m a terrible person

I’m sorrry you feel down. I’m also struglling with drinking again... I don’t post about it more often because I’m keeping it on the down low. If I don’t get on top of this soon I’ll ask my p-doc to refer myself to substance misuse clinic.

They won’t take you over. They are supposed to help with the words on the screen.

Drinking coffee and relaxing after a fun time playing with the dogs.
My husband just went to pick up my son. My son spent the afternoon riding bmx with his friends. When he gets back we’re getting dinner.
My daughter finally finished cleaning her room. My husband told her 2 weeks ago to clean her room or we wouldn’t renew her phone. She waited until the last day. She is so my daughter lol.
Where is Angelique? I haven’t seen her.
