What big or small thing are you grateful for today? Try to write something everyday and studies show you will be happier as a result. Open to all.

I am grateful to have had the time and money to take a trip down south where the trees are flowering and the mountains are blue. I am grateful to have a good friend who did all the driving and was good company. I am grateful to have a boyfriend who understands me. I’m grateful I froze some soups before vacation so I can be leisurely for one more day. I’m happy all my immediate family is OK.

I'm really glad to see this thread! I think it's a really great idea!
Personally, I find deliberately focusing on all of the positives in my life is very beneficial. It helps me notice the positives, even on the darkest days, and it also gave me ideas of things to do to make myself feel better as I learnt exactly what I enjoyed most in life. I started just mentally noting them a few years ago before bed each night, but about a year ago, I started formally logging them in a monthly sunshine picture format (I posted the idea on the Happiness thread at the time). I look forward to reading this thread *Willow* |

I'm grateful that my boss has been able to keep me so busy this winter, and deals with me coming in late due to my illness. I'm grateful that all my friends understand this illness effects large parts of my life such as affectively and sleep wise. They are a good social net.

I’m happy I went to the grocery store and my car started. I’m happy I’ve got dinner prepped in the crockpot and cooking away.

I’m happy that I washed my hair today and got my nails done. Happy that the renters paid their rent. Happy that fiancé said he enjoys his new job. Happy that it was raining today so the temperature tonight isn’t high

I'm grateful that the snow is melting and that it was warm enough to take the dog to the park today. And I'm grateful that the daffodils survived the snow (as the crocuses didn't survive the last snowfall).

I’m grateful I’m back home & my flat is in a half-reasonable state. Also I feel recharged from being at parents
