Yes you need to go. Especially since your sexually active.
It’s not a comfortable procedure but it’s quick and you only need it once a year.

They are still watching truck shows. Thankfully it’s almost time for bed.
Tried to eat some lucky charms so I could take my meds but I can’t get it down. I’m going to take the latuda anyway but it probably won’t be absorbed. Hopefully tomorrow I can stomach some food.

Long day of moving furniture driving 5 hours to the Rockies town.

After I put in my earbuds and went for a walk into the town listening to Pink Floyd and on the way I saw really nice 800k dollar houses. People walking their dogs and waving too me. Nice people.

My mom said we will rent one eventually but for now we stay in the basement sweet. She's making it nice brought the piano etc..

I feel slight paranoia and want to be in the right mind but I think that will come with time. I could take Olanzepine or something idk I'm alright.

I made a hippy friend and he goes hiking a lot and asked me if I want to be in a band cuz we were talking about music and he writes songs.

He asked me if I smoke weed and I said I can't because it gives me panic attacks. He said to try edibles but I think I can only eat small bits if any unless my state of mind gets better. He said do I like mushrooms and I said I love those cuz he makes tea from them.

But I can't really cuz I'm afraid of possible psychosis.

I was reading the newspaper here. A skate park being made 700k dollars, A British loving old woman dies of short illness, hockey sticks outside the front doors for now, suggestions for naming a new park without a name, spruce trees for sale, environmental impact on the wolves, a 750k house for sale, deadline for B.C and Alberta to stop the war (B.C stopping importation of wine to Alberta last time) about the pipeline being built across the border. The natives are spiritual and BC people are hippies so they want no possible oil spill.

Had a lie in but feel crap.
Spending the morning on the sofa. Need to think of something to do today. No energy though. Wonder if I’m depressed, or if it’s weirdness. How can days be so different. Or maybe they aren’t, I feel crap at some point each day.
Really feel like I can’t keep doing this. What’s the point when this comes back. Just want to be happy and well.
God I hope I’m not becoming suicidal.
