Good morning. Slept okay. Woke up at 6 but refused to get out of bed. Another night down without ambien

Working today. Going to start at 9. Then I have to go to the bank and bring my daughter to the store. Then just more of the same. Training, working, cooking dinner.
Feeling okay. Still not hungry. I’m going to force myself to eat an English muffin later.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm doing okay. Date/partner (not sure what we are yet

) is coming into town in a couple hours. Finished cleaning up. We'll be going to the K Citymarket to get her some groceries. Otherwise I'm not sure what my wife and her will be doing this week yet.

But yes, all is good. My stomach isn't bothering me today so I'm thankful for that.

Started out a crap day but I managed to turn it around. Spent the rest of the day cleaning the entire house. Kept me busy and took my mind of stuff and now I feel good cos the house is sparkling
