I need help I’m parinoid all the time and practically haven’t left the house in weeks I feel like people think I’m just being lazy cause Im supposed to be looking for work idk what to do anymore I feel like I’m stuck

I'm sorry you're struggling with this. Hopefully you're seeing a therapist. If not, perhaps that's something you should consider if you can. Unfortunately, I'm afraid, the paranoia you're experiencing may not simply go away by itself. You're going to have to take some kind of positive steps to get the ball rolling, so to speak. And finding a therapist to work with (assuming you're not already doing so) might be a good first step. However, in the meantime, being here on PC can help too. So please keep posting!
