So cute. My daughter fell in love with a dog at the shelter. Her friend text her and asked if she knew of any good shelters. So she sent her pics and a link to her bio and the family is going on Monday!

Man. My gram keeps texting me these weird messages. They make no sense. She thinks today is my mother’s birthday but it’s actually tomorrow. She’s worrying me.
She’s inviting me to something but she’s only inviting 1 nephew to join us. She has favorites and tends to alienate the rest. My sister was her favorite and she was kind of mean to me when I was young. I feel terrible because my other nephew tries so hard

Technically theres been bands playing since 11 am but all the good, famous bands are at night. The local bands that no one wants to see is in the morning

but a good confused. I have been watching anime with English subs, switched my FB and Windows 10 interfaces to Finnish. Listening to Finnish music. I've been having moments where I read Finnish, then don't realise it was Finnish till a minute later. :P

Wtf. My mother in law just popped in. It’s MY family night. Pisses me off. I know I sound *****y. I don’t care. She does this **** all the time. Always has. When my kids were babies she would just pop in and wake them up or disturb us when I was nursing and just stand there.
I miss my mom. She was so awesome. Never disturbed us or butt into my life. Never criticized my parenting choices. Visited all the time but never without letting me know. Tomorrow would have been her 68th birthday.

Going out with gram tomorrow to celebrate my moms birthday with my nephew. It’ll be good to see him. It’s been a couple months.
My father in law fell in the bathroom. Fell right into the tub. So scary.

Something or someone smelled like wet dog fur when I was out vaping. It was raining again. I hope it doesn't go from chilly to hot overnight this spring. This is my fave month but it's not spring-like. I keep thinking it's October.

I have a headache I've had for days now. I wish I could go home and be in silence and privacy. My high is winding down now. The roommates are really aggravating me.

That is very high. If this is normal maybe you should talk to a doctor about this. Are you on any antipsycholtics or other meds that mess with heart rate? I know stimulants do...

You might have an interaction between drugs if your doctor made a mistake. My previous Pdoc put me on Lexapro and Geodon which could have caused sudden death, not that I wouldn't have mind. hahaha #darkhumor

My friends heart rate kept on rising. He needs to have a procedure where they go through the leg and shock the heart to put it back on an accurate beat again. His father had the same procedure when he was 34 and now he's 34 and needs it! Genetics is crazy sometimes.

Stay away from salty foods and caffeine in the meantiime!

I take Concerta 36mg in the morning. That's what's doing it I think. If I stop taking it for a few days it only goes down only slightly. I'm going to make a doctors appointment. Maybe I need a beta blocker like propranolol to slow my heart down and stop taking any stimulant which would suck because I'll be so tired but I want to live I guess (lol).

My mom says 120bpm is fine.

I remember the doctor that diagnosed me with sinus tachycardia says it's ok but not constant for like years then it would be a problem.

It's 96bpm now. I was stressed out today. I stood up while working and had to interrupt someone while he was talking and say "Hold on a second I stood up too quickly I feel dizzy".

But you're not doctors and I shouldn't ask medical help here just saying this I guess in a possible mental hyperawareness of the heart syndrome type thing. But I don't think it is. So I'll see a doc.

On the bright side, I'm not sad..
