Brought my son to the bike park then stopped for a bagel and a cappuccino. Good way to start the day. Sipping on it now.

I only have one week left of personal training so I’m trying to come up with my own workout plans. I made one and I’m going to try it tomorrow see if I die.

I can't wait to try it! They actually had a Mets cake there, it was amazing. it was a lot bigger though and I don't think I'd be able to carry it home on the bus without dropping it since I have other groceries too.

I eat healthy most of the time but I do have a soft spot for the stuff I shouldn't be eating so I try to balance it out and have a few treats a month and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and good stuff. I got brown rice, bananas and two packs of chicken breast so that's a good thing. Oh yeah, and more brussel sprouts and a salad kit.

I have to buy an *** ton of groceries tomorrow. I am out of everything! I have no onions, potatoes, no veggies...these kids are killing me. Thank god for what we’ll be getting from the garden. I have a green bean plant growing on my desk. It sprouted today! I’m so excited.

Calamity Jane is back! Not sure if she's back or just visiting. The smoking break was very atmospheric with a dark sky, thunder and lightning.

It's hot and humid in the room. Hoping they'll be able to tweak the AC soon. And replace a ceiling tile - I keep worrying that spiders and centipedes are going to fall down around my bed.

Oh well. I hope not.

Went to bed at 3am last night and woke up at 9am. Yesterday I went to sleep at 8am and woke up at 1pm.

I definitely not able to do this. Concerta will wear off by the time I play guitar.

But little sleep is good for the brain sometimes.
