After I’m done with my trainer I’m going to try this 12 week plan. I basically fill it out myself and track progress. Trying to eat better and drop a dress size at least. Trying my best. My good mood is helping keep me motivated.

So I was in Clas Ohlson earlier just looking around at random stuff while I was out and about. Then I noticed while strolling that someone was next to me out of nowhere, I got scared and half swung at them, backed up out of the way, only to realise there was no one there.
 Scared the crap out of me.

Dinner was awesome. Really good pizza. I ate 1/2 of it lol. It was a small though so it could have been worse.
