I wish I didn't wear shorts and a tshirt today. It's like 70 or 80 outside and it's like 50 or something in here probably and I'm freezing!

Can't wait till class is over and I can go home and lie down. I want to sleep until the next few months are over.

Still waiting to get assigned a counselor at the clinic. Saw my doctor there on the 13th, I stayed with the same doctor since she works at both. Now is the time I really need one to talk to and I haven't heard anything from them since I transferred over in May. I hope they call me and set something up soon. I see my case manager next week. Maybe I should tell her

The nurse gave me Ativan thank God. It's so hot in my room. Some idiot turned off my AC earlier. I didn't see who. I wish I could go home.

Im pretty sure im pre-diabetic.

I dont want to goto the doctor about it cuz im just flat out scared to find out...

Do you still use inderal? Maybe the bc doesn't mix with it. I used to take inderal back in the late 80s and it was fine, but then about 8 years ago they gave me that again and the nausea and dizziness were really bad.

Well, I never got to the appointment. This happens like 70% of the time. The person I was supposed to go with disappeared, and nothing had developed in the hour I was waiting for the car in the lobby.

Since I'm losing vision this is a serious issue. A relative is urging me to sue the nursing home. Unfortunately I can't do that because it's a resource for people who have no place else to go.

Hey guys! Had a good time with the bestest last night. I love her so hard.
Unfortunately my husband is still sick. He’s been home all day.
I’m so tired. No time for a nap today. Slept 1:30 - 4:30 got up for a little bit then went back to sleep from 5:30 - 6:30.

HECK YES!!!

I just thought of a way to practice singing in my apartment without disturbing my wife and roommate, and others around. In the spare room I have my rig set up, there is a very small closet. maybe 3 x 4 ft in size. Because it is a small room I could line the walls and door with acoustic foam to absorb sound. It would attenuate my voice and make it easier to practice at home.

Just be careful not to lock yourself in the closet. No-one will hear the screams.
