I don't care what I get on this essay. I got 98, 95, and 100 on the other three, so honestly if ones isn't that great it's not the end of the world. I have an A in the class. I'm doing my best on this essay I just procrastinated so much the past week it's not going to be anywhere near my normal level of writing but I guess that's okay

Eh I feel strange today. Like I’m grooving to the music but it’s more and it’s foggy... I’m thinking the 40mg just isn’t enough. Which is why we had upped it before...
Just gotta last until next Wednesday hopefully the doctor will have something for me. Whether we up the Latuda slightly or add something to it I’m up for the challenge. I hate feeling off. And I can’t stop thinking about what the doctor said. Yeah she said don’t focus on labels but that’s all I can think about what she said. Bipolar spectrum and schizophrenia spectrum. Somewhere there. It’s fcking with me. I’m seriously considering having a deep conversation with someone close to me. I feel like I’ve been lying to them about what’s up with me. The psych was suggesting that I should have this conversation. The longer I wait the harder it’ll be. Uggggghh. |

Dying for some sleep.....5 more hours till I can head home
You know what,... I've got to make sleep a priority. This is ridiculous. This is like the third time in 2 weeks I've been up for over 30 hours. Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?
I'm trying to fight off this depressive funk today. Felt suspicious of people in the store when I was out for a walk. Last night my wife and partner in the states both said I was being a bit paranoid about the doctors at the polyclinic. Otherwise may play some games. Counseling is tomorrow 1pm. What's everyone up to? |
