Morning/Afternoon,

Phew... took me like an hour to catch up on all the missed roll call posts! 😅

Not too much happening today. Been out doing some chores with my dad. My mum & dad are then off to a BBQ. (Why they are up here) My dads going home after but my mum will be back tonight so we’ll probably watch some TV together... got some nature documentaries saved up.

This afternoon I’m just planning on chilling a bit and tidying my flat a bit too.

I’m just reading about that guy who stole a plane for presumably joy riding in Seattle then crashed it and died. It’s crazy. Especially the conversations he was having with ATC. Like saying he was going to do barrel rolls and “call it a day” or wondering whether he’d get a job at the airlines if he landed successfully. Apparently he also said he thought he could land it because he had “played some video games”.

Well I finally have all my carts set for my daughters back to school clothes. I found some cute stuff.
Waiting to bring my son to work and then I think I’ll come home and try to sleep. I’m tired today. The last couple days. Last night I slept in my chair 9 - 11 and then went to bed and slept until 5.
I was reading the dirt my doctor has suggested and pretty much the only food and drink I have is on the “do not eat/drink list lol. I’m so screwed. No caffeine, no carbonated beverages, no tomatoes or acidic fruits, no fat...why don’t I just shrivel up and die. Stupid stomach.

I feel really good. I slept a normal amount of time for the first time in like a month. I think I've had like 8 days in the past month where I've slept 0-4 hours per night. I woke up early today and had coffee and enjoyed the morning. At the library now

Yeah they should make them permanent but they will only be around through next year.....maybe they degrade idk....

I can't wait till September when the new semester starts. My student ID works as a free bus pass I can use anytime unlimited. I'll be able to go places like Albany where there's lots of museums and stuff to see.

I fell asleep on the couch last night. Got up, laid down on top of the bed, fell asleep for almost two hours. Got up, got changed, brushed my teeth, then went to bed and now here I am about 12 hours after starting my journey.

I feel well rested though.
