Not sure if I should make an appointment with pdoc or the np that prescribed the Buspar. I was think pdoc because maybe the Lexapro needs to be increased as well, but pdoc takes awhile to get in with. I think I'll go to the np Friday after school for an increase with the Buspar and go ahead and schedule with the pdoc because my anxiety has been horrible. I used to be fine with my current medications, but now I'm starting to get out of my comfort zone basically and it freaks me out. School, pretty much relearning to drive, ect.

I have been a slug all day. Haven’t done a damn thing but lay on the couch. Couldn’t sleep but I rested. Leaving soon to get my son and then my bestest will be over. Can’t wait to eat. Think I’m going to get a meat antipasto with extra olives and pizza cheese. Maybe some mozzarella sticks.

I almost impulsively bought St. John’s wart today because why not what’s the worse that can happen I’m just into self sabotage and just idk I feel irrational today.

I got a student ID and I compared it with my DL picture from 2016. Pretty obvious the weight loss.
