I’ve been overturned by the boys in the house. They want a bear decor I found instead of moose. I was on the fence and was going to veto their votes BUT then I found this
And now I’m sold I’ll do moose in the kitchen. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

The Kava Kava tea is quite relaxing. I measured 5 grams of root because that's what the woman at the health food store said.
"Kava or kava kava or Piper methysticum (Latin "pepper" and Latinized Greek "intoxicating") is a crop of the Pacific Islands. The root of the plant is used to produce an entheogenic drink with sedative, anesthetic, and euphoriant properties". I put CBD under my tongue as well. I told my doctor about CBD and how expensive it is and he told me that I could get a prescription for CBD eventually from a dispensary. |

Strangely, what worked for me is Lithium, but that was giving me tremors at 900mg and then I went on lamotrigine, and that also stopped my panic attacks too. I don't know why that is. My anxiety and panic attacks always starts with my stomach and discomfort, and then it grows and grows. |

Possible trigger:
As the day went on I felt better. I had to sit for a presentation today for work and I think that helped my state of mind. Helped calm me down. Like I said I’m feeling way better now than yesterday. I cried myself to sleep last night I was so down. I think often about not taking my meds but after this it’s really hitting home how important it is for me to take my meds. |

That’s an important realization. Some people never get there. Sorry you haven’t been feeling well. Still wishing they had given you an AD. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

Not diagnosed but I believe likely I have OCD. It comes out when I’m stressed. Pulling out my hair, washing hands, obsessive thoughts, stuff like that. It’s never really gotten a full inspection by my doctor or the psych though. |

I don’t know enough about OCD treatments but you may want to discuss with your doc.

I think most OCD treatments involve ADs and desensitization. Like forcing yourself not to preform rituals and stuff. I meant to mention it to my doctor yesterday but other things came up. I told him if I started pulling out my hair or something I would come back and asked him I had told him about that and he believes I had mentioned it before. Like I said I meant to tell him about rituals I do before bed and stuff but other stuff seemed more important. |
