Morning,

I slept well. Had a shower today so that was good.

Not got much planned for today. I think I’m going to try finish the single player of RDR2. I do also need to put some laundry on at some point.

Just got back from the gym. Did half an hour of cycling. For some reason I felt on the verge of a really bad panic attack while I was working out for like 10 minutes but it eventually went away

I still need to play the first one. I have so many games piled up I want to play but haven't had much time. I'm on winter break for a month so now I have all the time in the world!

Hey guys! Thanks for the new thread Blue_Bird.
I slept 9:30 - 5! I literally passed out. All the tension and thoughts of the last 2 days exhausted me. I’m laying down now because I’m feeling a little sleepy.
Nothing going on. Already finished working for the day. Just have to file my reports later. I’ve already been to the high school once, the middle school twice, the store for a cappuccino, and the police station (voluntarily!)
Going to try to relax and perhaps take a nap.

My doctor's office got my meds approved from my new health insurance, the AD, the AP, and the ADHD med. So the pharmacy has already filled two of them. I'm glad that problem is fixed. Kit.

The seroquel cured my weird panic feeling and I fell asleep. I guess I don't recognise mild psychosis anymore so I get a panic attack? Because that's what happened with the THC gummy.. I started to get paranoid and then I had a panic attack because of the thoughts like I was in the matrix..

I woke up completely wrecked and couldn't get out of bed because of the seroquel. I had vyvanse beside my table and water so I took that and I don't know how to explain what happens 40 minutes later.. it's like a feeling of relief like I'm able to easily get out of bed. It's like drinking 10 cups of coffee but not really....
