We're here with you Whisper. You're not alone. And you can reach to people in your real life, too, and ask for help. People want to help you, just ask and let them help you. It's in your power to get the help you need.

I won't answer the thing three wants you to believe. Because three isn't real Whisper. It's only a symptom of your disease, nothing else. You can't stop it at the moment but you can accept it as a symptom without any real substance. Let it talk as much as it wants. I know you can't make it quiet but what you can do is remind yourself it isn't a real person. It isn't any more real than a bad dream or optical illusion. Scary? Definitely. Does it have any real power or truth? No!

I'm saying this in a gentle and kind way because I'm trying to help you and I hope from the bottom of my heart that you find a way to fight this and be happier. If you knew how I like your gentle and caring personality! I wish I saw you relaxed and content. It IS possible and YOU CAN get there if you decide to ask for help.

I'm not sure people understand irl how much losing Ebony hurt, three says I'm responsible for that

I could of done more to save her

I should of done more to save her

Why don't people understand that she was more than "just a cat"? You wouldn't say that about a human family member so why say it about a fur-family member?

people irl I mean, they don't "get it"

Have they ever had their heart not just broke but completely shattered by the loss of a loved one, no matter what the species?

Yes I should be "over it" by now but comments like that are not helpful

people in real life I mean, not on this forum

Indeed, losing our loved ones can be extremely painful and it can take a long time to get over it. I understand and I don't think you should get over it! I also know that our beloved pets are like family to us.
However difficult it is, after a certain period our dear people or pets would be happy if we continued to live happy lives. I'm sure Ebony is watching you now and she is very sad that you continue to suffer for such a long time.
There are professionals who can help you with grief, especially because you suffer from hallucinations. I'm sure Ebony is very concerned about these and wishes you could get rid of them. You aren't helping her in any way by refusing therapy. She's perfectly happy now and has everything she needs. There's nothing more you can do for her by allowing your disease to control your life.

I'm not "refusing" therapy, it's that the professionals over here refuse to even try and help cause greif is "normal"

If this is "normal" they can have it back I don't want it

This certainly isn't normal. Could you visit another T? Have you mentioned that you hear voices? That you suffer from irrational paranoia?

I've tried a few over here over the years. None of them give a flying ...... I'll let you finish the sentence.

They know all of what's going on for me, but as always nobody irl cares.

Only ones who have ever helped are furbabies (Tigger, Willow and Ebony)

The “professionals” over here try to deny people therapy any way they can
