My paranoia is getting to me. I'm starting to connect dots that I shouldn't connect, nor even care about. I talked to my ex girlfriend, the one who was a UofM psychologist. That was grounding. She's having a tougher time than I am though. Anyone know anyway to stop migraines? I'm asking for her. I mentioned gabapentin, but that was it. I'm at a loss otherwise.

It’s cold tonight. I’m snuggled under the blankets with my heat sack and my dog. Not the snuggly pup...my guy
. Had an okay day...I swear I spent most of it eating lol. Glad the weekend is here. I am hoping to sleep in tomorrow. My new goal is at least 8 hours. Pretty ambitious lol but I definitely need more sleep than I was getting for a while. I’ve been off ambien for more than a month now. I think my sleep quality is better without it. Morning! Happy Saturday.
Going grocery shopping today and bringing my daughter to the mall to hang with friends. It is so cold today. I am a block of ice. Not looking forward to getting out of the shower. I had a dream i was pregnant and i left the bf for another guy. Then the other guy left me and i came back crying to the bf and he took me back.
