Hey everyone. How are things going?
I'm doing pretty well. Finally have some downtime for a day tomorrow. Got back from my partner's yesterday after some very long holiday plans and events. Now I'm just recouping and getting back on track for the daily life. What's everyone up to? |

Went to see the hand surgeon. Definitely a ganglion cyst. She isn’t sure if the size and location is compressing the nerve or if I have a pinch somewhere else from my elbow to my wrist. So I have to see a neurologist then she’ll set me up to have the cyst surgically removed. She said draining it would leave an 80% chance of recurrence. And with surgery it’s only 20%.

I’ve been done with work since 8:30 but some guy called and will only speak to me. I called him back but he’s in the middle of something so I have to call again in 30. Like I have nothing better to do...okay maybe I don’t but it’s still a pain in the ***.

Went to see my guy and his wife for a while. It was nice to get out of the house but all I could think about was curling up on the couch. I’m exhausted...perpetually it seems.
I have the fire blaring, the lights off, candles on, and I’m snuggled under my blanket with the dogs. Too bad the kids will be home soon. I’d like to sleep. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

I'm feeling anxious today. I'm thinking about taking a xanax. I'm trying not to but it just seems like the anxiety is getting worse. I did some breathing exercises and stuff. Kit
