I’m not superstitious but historically February is a horrible month for me. I’m slightly concerned about having even this minor surgery during the month. That sounds crazy but February really sucks for me.
I’m thinking of putting it off until March. My husband says I’m being silly and I should go as soon as they can get me in.
I would like it gone...it’s ugly and it hurts. But it’s only a 28 day wait and it would be less stress inducing if I waited.
When I got my genetics testing done for BRCA it was Sept 11, I thought that’s not good but I did it anyway and am positive....I sometimes wonder what would have happened if I waited even though logically I know it would be the same.

My paranoia is running out of control right now. I'm connecting dots that I shouldn't be, nor care about. And I'm talking massive leaps and bounds in reasoning with barely anything backing them up really but a few "hunches". The thing though, is that I'm more heavily medicated now than ever before with 200mgs of Seroquel and 160mgs of Geodon. This illness has ruined my life, regardless if it is a delusion or not.

Have you missed any doses at all? I know that with risperdal I had more voices on 4mg than lower doses....I still haven’t figured out why, we just adjusted it back down and were done with it.

I can pretty easily give up meat. I should anyway since red meat is linked to colorectal cancers and I’m already at high risk.
Dairy will be tougher because I love cheese and eat it pretty much everyday. I also use yogurt for a quick snack.
Carbs will never happen. I’ll try “sprouted” health breads but I’m kinda picky. And I really really like dessert breads...banana bread, zucchini bread, cranberry bread...you get the picture lol.
And I hate seeds and nuts and there are a lot of recipes that call for them.

So who eats healthy? Any vegan-ish suggestions?

I need to find suitable replacements. And I won’t do soy anything.
my store (a co-op grocery store) sells a lot of vegan and gluten free stuff. they make it there in the bakery and its super good and I'm not even vegan or gluten free. but it blows my mind how good it is

Good morning everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. The band leader said to stay home cause there was nothing for me to do today. I'm glad. I hate when I go somewhere and it turns out there was nothing to do, it seems like such a waste of my time. But otherwise I am gonna be reloading Windows, macOS and Linux Mint on my computer this weekend. Doing it to adjust all my OS stuff with accordance to my new SSDs. Also I want one bootloader to handle all three, lol. Right now I have two bootloaders and its a mess.

What's everyone up to?

It's like 20 here...and icy. That sucks with the wind gusts. Winter sucks for all.

yeah I can deal with the cold but when there's 40 mph winds the wind chill is brutal. it cuts right thru you. I live in the mountains so it gets pretty windy here

Wind is the worst! Last week we had 15 degrees with 0 degree wind chills due to the gusts. It was horrible. The next day following was 15 but no wind and it was tolerable.

I work just a block away from the windiest intersection in the country. I try not to go outside unless I have to in the winter. My phone says it’s -14c right now (about 6.8f). Windchill makes it feel like -22c (-7.6f).

Good morning, slept really good and woke up exactly when I wanted to. I'm trying to get into a routine since the spring semester begins on the 22nd.

Enjoying a cup of coffee

Can you call him? Alternatively get in touch with the pharmacist and they can call him...Walgreens for example is a total enforcer, they will call the doc before you even know you’re out of meds.

My Visual Voicemail app isn't working, and I have three messages (none of which are urgent), and I can't remember my password for calling my messages. I hate stupid little problems like this.

I had a nice dream before I was woken, but I can't remember it now.
