I don't have any idea what I'm going to do, try to get out, or just stay here? My friend thinks I should stay. I want to get out and live somewhere without stairs, or with a good elevator. Oh damn, the nurse just brought my meds but took away the juice she was going to give me. I feel like crap. But if I live somewhere that I can get out of, I could take a walk or bike ride every day and hopefully not have anymore psychotic breaks.

lol. Wild Friday night here. I’m just cold and kind of tired. Feels good to sprawl out in bed under all the blankets.
My guy gave me a super cute cactus

baby. I have to go out and get a small pot for it and some soil. I’m going to put it on my desk. His house is filled with plants and miniature fruit trees lol. He just loves to grow stuff.

Yeah! I am glad it helps you too. It’s crazy what it feels like when you finally get relief from discomfort and pain you just learned to deal with and block out. (In this case, my knees)

I’m so sad. One of my mom friends lost her son this morning

. He was born with a terminal disease and outlived the life expectancy by years. I cannot ****ing imagine. I think I would shrivel up and die of a broken heart.

It's cold here today, it's 22f which actually isn't too bad for here but we have 20mph wind and flurries going on too

It didn't feel very cold out, but we were in the sun. Everyone but me got a fire retardant apron, though. I don't know why because the wind wasn't too bad.

It felt like I woke up around 11:30, but it was only around 8:20. I'll probably take a nap.

Possible trigger:

I think my anxiety last night was heightened due to alcohol withdrawal... I was still feeling a bit off anxiety wise this morning and have ended up having some beer to curb that. It disappeared instantly. I’m going to see my GP on Monday and see about getting professional help. I think I might need medication to help. Oh well.
