I told my mom and she was like "That's awesome that they're gone. Must be a relief.." And I said "Yeah kinda" and she laughed like "what's wrong with you? You can have more of my annoying voice"

What's up with this new mood stabilizer named Trileptal? I'm seeing more and more people use it, but it's one of the very few mental health meds I haven't used, and it must be very new. Is it generic yet?

It's been around for quite awhile, but has recently been being prescribed more often for mood stabilization. I got on it a couple years ago, switched over from Depakote

I've never been on a mood stabilizer before. I wonder if it would curve unipolar depression.

Went to Dicks. They had nothing at all in my size . I guess I could order online but I worry about fit and I hate returning stuff.
Went to the store for more strawberries and found dairy free Ben & Jerry’s. Bought two of them *****es. Also got cinnamon twists...they are my current obsession, Chex Mix, and some healthy crap. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

There's no reason. I think my meds are fine probably. I'm just sick of being crazy. Having mental problems beginning at 12, that's half my life and a large amount of that time consumed in voices and other stuff. I just feel like I'm tired of trying. I've had long periods of relief but it always comes back. Im prolonging the inevitable, someday I'll be whatever age still being frustrated with this stuff and seeing no point in life but hoping for a better "tomorrow" that will never come, then I'll die , like everyone does, and that's the end of that. No point. I don't even know if God exists anymore. I don't feel connected to him at all now. Thoughts like these have been coming and going for months and I kept trying to push them away because I figured they're just random intrusive thoughts. Put they keep coming back out and are consuming my mind even though I don't want them to. I don't want to die, I really am not a negative person, but sometimes that seems like the only way out of this. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Can you make a list of the pros of living? Seeing the sunrise, reading a good book, enjoying a video game etc. voices and all the other craziness that go with them absolutely suck but don’t the good things outweigh all that?

Blue_Bird I’m so sorry.
Can you speak to your pastor (? Is that the right term?) tomorrow? Losing your faith is a pretty big and you shouldn’t face this alone. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety
