I've seen dark figures and shadows since childhood and theyve never taken a distinguished shape. Recently since ive been coming to accept going back to therapy, and realzing how my life is now; the figures have began to take a more distintive shape they e always been a deformed human like shape but now its being more noticable. Oof any thoughts?

Hello Spookydoggo: I believe this is your first posted thread here on PC. So... welcome to Psych Central.
I'm sorry I don't think there is really much I can say with regard to what you are experiencing. I am glad you're planning to go back to therapy though. And since you are... one forum, here on PC, that may be of particular interest to you would be the psychotherapy forum. Here's a link: https://forums.psychcentral.com/psychotherapy/ I hope you find PC to be of benefit. __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go." Hey Spookydoggo, If you think therapy is a good choice for you then, yes, it may help you deal with your experiences in a positive way - assuming you're finding things difficult to deal with on your own. Are you? I mean, I've read about people who see shadowy figures or have unusual experiences etc., and many are okay with it. They find their own understanding. Also, avoid anyone trying to convince you that what you're experiencing is from some kind of negative realm, demons, etc. Don't go there, please. Find positive approaches and you'll gain some peace about it. So basically, those are some of my thoughts, Spookydoggo. Also, welcome to PC! |
