I'm not big on religion. I'm just an hopeful agnostic. I don't believe in sin, I believe in ignorance, and how determinate our chemistry is in our day to day lives.

I feel great finally but I've been hearing things, I feel like a freak for it. Not sure why, I should be used to it by now. Half my life spirits have bothered/followed me.

My poor mom and was awake at 2am making tea. I gave her an Ativan because she ran out and couldn't sleep..

I'm trying not to fall back asleep. The battery charger only charges one battery at a time so I'm hoping the one in the charger is done by 11:00. Then I can charge the other one until about 12:50.

My kidneys hurt. I don't know why. I wish I could go out to ride my bike. The seat is currently too high for me. It's one of my few good memories of my last attempts to live in Chicago.

I haven't heard anything about my mother this morning. Hope she's getting on all right at the nursing home.

I hope everyone is ok.

In the college library. Don't have class till 1:30 (2 hours away). Just figured I'd come early so I wouldn't fall back asleep at home. Brought coffee with me since it's very cold out today

Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm good.

Slept a little later than I would have liked, till like 1.30pm. My IDs were found, police called me today. Turns out that was all; The rest of the stuff is gone. Oh well. No wallet either. The IDs are blocked since I reported them lost to the police. So I have to replace them. At least I got my US driver's license. Now I can renew it to a Finnish one before the summer.

But otherwise, I am changing my diet slightly to more healthy eating. Looking into swimsuits for going to the pool. Figuring out how to pay to use it. I am getting in shape. One way or another.

What's everyone up to?

Well so much for crawling back into bed. I need to go sit with gram for a couple hours. She skipped the council on aging so she’s been home all day.
Nothing exciting going on. Worked for a few hours then ate. Now I’m getting ready to leave. I really don’t want to. It’s so cold and windy.

Good Morning everyone. I'm just working like usual. I can't wait for my boss to come back from medical leave. I am handling everything, just some of it is a pain and she usually deals with that stuff. My Dad is having carpel tunnel surgery tomorrow. It's at a hospital which surprised me instead of an outpatient surgery center. So I took tomorrow off to be with my Dad. Otherwise I'm just eating dry cheerios and attempting to figure out what to journal. I figure I better have something journaled by the time I see my T again. She's the one who told me to do it! The owner of the hotel I work at wants an extra person to work full time and since I'm not working full time, I'll have to look for another job. I'm going to go to the job place later and look for the best part time job. One that is exciting like the sky tram or something.

Maybe I could ask my outreach worker what jobs they have as well.

Bad anxiety this evening but I'm starting to feel better. I wasn't eating properly (basically nothing) for a few weeks until yesterday and today and I think it was making me jittery. Can't do that anymore

Took my mind off it by listening to music, journaling, and reading

Hey bluebird, sorry you’re feeling anxious....for me cutting out coffee helped with my anxiety. I hope you can manage to start eating normally again.

yeah I drank a ton of coffee yesterday because I hadn't had it in awhile and missed it and I was trying to force myself to stay up all night. I could hear my heart beating when I was laying down last night and this morning.

it's ridiculous to let a scale dictate if I'm "allowed" to eat, I'm trying to not do that again.
