Yeah I think I saw something on YouTube talking about you can keep it off your main menu or something like that so you don't see it every time. It would probably be worth me getting a new version for tracking sleep though, I have a hard time knowing how much I sleep because I wake up several times a night

I had a really good day psychosis wise. Nothing was following me, no one was talking about me. I'm pretty sure I didn't see anything that wasn't here. At least nothing seemed out of place or bizarre. I actually feel pretty good today. I feel pretty okay.

Yeah, I thought I was getting more sleep than I actually am. There's a lot of nights that I get less than 8 and I thought I was getting closer to 10. I'll see how it does this weekend when I'm not getting up for work super early and when I take naps and stuff. It did say you needed longer than 3 hours for it to track your sleep accurately or something like that. It doesn't give a detailed analysis for the sleep if it is less than 3 hours.

Good news! I called the company that I licensed a picture from, and I didn't need an extended license. I can use it for my book, on my ebook (kindle) and on my blog as much as I want for it!

I think I'm going to cut out most caffeine, like only drink a regular cup of coffee or tea a day max. Switch over to decaf and herbal teas mainly. I can't seem to tolerate caffeine anymore and I want to do everything I can to stay mentally healthy. It's been giving me bad anxiety lately

They came in the mail today

The blush on is so pretty and it blends well on my skin. Not a fan of the lipstick though, it has a good translucent satin finish but I prefer something more pigmented. Good thing I only bought the travel size.
