Hi everyone,

Just came on here because I want some advice/opinions on what’s going on in my life at the moment.
I was diagnosed with first episode psychosis and depression about 3 years ago and had a short stay in hospital.
I came off my medication about 7 months ago and am in full-time employment.

I started being bullied/mobbed in the workplace a few months ago with people making negative comments about me within earshot. I’m pretty sure this is happening because I have tape recordings.
However, I went into a pub today with my family and I could hear people making the same negative comments about me within earshot. My family also occasionally mutter these negative comments about me.

This is making me feel really down. I don’t understand why people would do this. I mean I have a physical health condition called scoliosis - mild to moderate. But I’m pretty sure I don’t look completely repulsive.
Is it possible that I am hearing voices/auditory hallucinations again?
These comments don’t seem to come from within my head but the people around me.

It sounds like you may be hearing voices. Why not get a check up with your GP or Psychiatrist? They could tell you for sure.

Voices. I just had a med adjustment for this reason. They had started again. Get on your meds.

The thing is I'm reluctant to go on medication, don't like the side effects. I'm going to try and look at alternative remedies
